The game is for both public and private organisations.
Teams must complete exercises and work though case studies to earn enough points to win.
The exercises require teams to apply techniques explained on the information cards eg. rewriting two closed questions as open questions.
The case studies need to be resolved by satisfying angry customers and explaining the organisation's position or policy with respect and empathy.
