As teams move around the board they pick up tasks which they write on to-do lists and prioritise according to a scale provided.
During the game teams have opportunities to cross tasks off their list. The first team to cross off all their tasks wins.
While dealing with the tasks teams must also resolve unexpected problems - just like the real world.
Finally, some spaces let players decline unreasonable requests respectfully using our 3 step format.
Players practice:
- prioritising tasks
- planning with to-do lists
- saying "no" respectfully to
- unreasonable requests.
All techniques are provided on easy-to-read cards. No facilitator is needed to play the game.
Competency Based Training
Developing Potential is a register Provider of the nationally accredited course Certificate IV in Management (Front-line).
The games were designed in Australia to develop relevant competencies outlined in the NGMS & NCS training modules.
