In this workshop, managers, supervisors, and team leaders learn to manage
conflict by identifying conflicting personality styles. Participants learn
to view the sources of conflict as differing perceptions of facts, methods,
goals, or values. The most app ropriate of five conflict management styles
is then applied to address the situation: avoiding, smoothing, bargaining,
forcing, problem solving. By mastering conflict resolution techniques, working
relationships are improved and the best solutions to prob lems are found.
